Controlling the flow of energy: Dominance and submission

For me, Dominance and submission is about the ebb and flow of power. In my world, this exchange is often quite subtle, with a deeply psychological current.  It is about controlling pleasure and pain. It is about giving the submissive permission to have what they really secretly deeply want, even if they can’t ask for it because its not ‘socially acceptable’.  It is about me, the Dominant, creating and holding a safe space for D/s play. Its about me, the Dominant, reminding you that you, the submissive, have free will, that you have a choice, and that you choose to submit to me and suffer for me. We have the unspoken agreement that ‘force’ and ‘control’ — both illusions — are being bought into by each of us, of our own free will, and out of the deepest desires of our own natures.

I will ask you why you choose this, why you choose to kneel before me.  Your answer may be that you do so because it pleases me. It may be because you crave the pain that seasons the pleasure. It may be because you deserve it for being a dirty litle cock-mangling pervert. Or you may not know the why, only that you choose it, and that is enough. But always, always, you will know the helpless and humiliating awareness “I choose this.”
